  • 4x 60-minute coaching walks on Bainbridge Island, connecting with your thoughts, your body, and the world around you.

  • Post-walk integration prompts, to help you reflect and take intentional action between sessions.

  • In-session support for breakthroughs and insights. I’ll guide you to unpack what’s coming up in real-time.

  • A Grounded, calming space to process, because movement helps unlock clarity in ways sitting still often can’t.

  • Similar, but there’s some key differences.

    Therapy focusses on processing and healing from past experiences.

    Coaching focusses on looking forward – tackling what comes up as you take action towards a specific goal.

    If you need deep emotional healing, support for trauma, or clinical mental health care, therapy is the best route. My work is about helping you take aligned action, build self-trust, and step into the life you actually want to be living. If I ever feel you’d be better supported by a therapist, I’ll tell you because integrity in my work matters.

  • You don’t need all the answers before we start, that’s literally what coaching is for. My role is to help you cut through the noise, identify what’s out of alignment, and reconnect with what you actually want (not just what you think you "should" want). If you feel lost, stuck, or unclear, that’s a sign that coaching could be exactly what you need.

  • This work isn’t about staying comfortable, it’s about growth. If you’re looking for gentle hand-holding or a quick fix, I’m not your coach. If you’re ready to get real with yourself, face resistance head-on, and step into your power even when it’s uncomfortable then we’ll be a great fit.
