Therapy focusses on processing and healing from past experiences.
Coaching focusses on looking forward – tackling what comes up as you take action towards a specific goal.
If you need deep emotional healing, support for trauma, or clinical mental health care, therapy is the best route. My work is about helping you take aligned action, build self-trust, and step into the life you actually want to be living. If I ever feel you’d be better supported by a therapist, I’ll tell you because integrity in my work matters.

My role is to help you cut through the noise, identify what’s out of alignment, and reconnect with what you actually want (not just what you think you "should" want). If you feel lost, stuck, or unclear, that’s a sign that coaching could be exactly what you need.
